The inherent minimal material handling and the use of welded pins will insure your shop a cost efficient and quality product. The FG Mach70 machine is capable of welding pins up to 4" to address the higher R-Value insulation often being specified throughout the industry. Will weld the full range of Duro Dyne pins on galvanized metal up to 18 gauge. - Manual loading track for 3" & 4" pins - Heavy duty vibrator bowl pins for up to 2" - Redesigned single transformer for a wider range of welding capabilities - Wider mouth design for welding up to 4" pins on 4" liner - Floating upper weld tip assembly for weld cable & weld tip longevity - Optional lift kit available - Will weld pins from ''-2'' on 16-28 gauge; weld performance for pins longer than 2", may vary dependent upon voltage, amperage, and cable length.
